Hector's Casa patio in the summer. Yellow House in the winter.

Canada Day's fireworks over the lake.

Our mission is to come up with creative innovative designs, optimizing views and small lot yard space.

To have happy satisfied customers.
Where do you want your business/organization to be in five years?
I love where my business is currently at. Small and able to service our customers well. I would love also to work with homes in a price range with limitless creativity.
Who do you consider to be a forerunner within your field?
San Marc Homes - They created a real staple style of homes here in Kelowna.
What three qualities do you feel that your business/organization exemplifies?
Design quality, innovation, and service.

Creative engineering. To help create new space and atmosphere in new homes, and/or on small building lots.
If I could change one thing about Kelowna, it would be:
The traffic lights as well as more lakeside restaurants.
