Myself, because I love alone time! But I do love spending time with my husband most - he's my closest friend.

Art We Are! or Castles & Cottages...

Describe yourself in one word.
Expansive.

If you could go anywhere in the world right at this moment where would you go and why?

What is the most embarrassing thing that has happened to you?
I cannot recall!

What is the most inspiring thing that has happened to you?
Watching my mom pass away. As difficult as it was, I received so many gifts about what is important in life.

Tell us your favourite childhood memory.
Swimming with my sisters.

Where do you volunteer or give back to in the community?
I am helping to start up a Relaxation Program at Kamloops Hospice. I also see myself as a standup citizen - pick up garbage, say hello to people passing, hold doors for others.

If you could change one thing in the world what would it be?
I would give all people the gift of having a bigger perspective!

Where would you sneak away to in Kamloops to spend some time alone?
Battle Bluffs on a weekday, or early morning.

The friendly people of course!

What are 3 things on your bucket list?
1. Do a multi-day trail run/hike through the backcountry of BC all by myself.
2. Travel to Alaska.
3. Go on an epic trip with both my sisters!

Tell us something that not everyone may know about you.
I am an Ultrarunner, and have finished 4 different 50km trail running events!

How do people connect with you, personally, through social media?
Facebook.

What is the name of your business/organization?
Soul Change.

Why did you get into/start this business?
I love teaching yoga, and I began to see the need for a small studio where I could run my Yoga Teacher Training, along with other specialty classes.

What is the goal of your business?
To help people become the happiest versions of themselves.

What has been your biggest struggle either at work or in life?
Moving to a new place is always difficult for me. It takes time to get to know people, and for them to get to know you!

Tell us your best piece of life advice.
Don't wait to live your life because you are afraid of what others may think. You are the most important person in your life.

If you could spend one whole day with anyone in the world who is currently alive, who would you select?
Tony Robbins. I've been to his events, and have received SO much from this man. He has helped me to ditch limiting beliefs and dive into my heart's passions. I can't imagine what I could learn from him if I had the entire day.
