Where are you from and how long have you lived in Kelowna?
I grew up in Merritt.
Who is your favourite person to spend time with and why?
My husband and kids because they make me the happiest!
What is your favourite local store in Kelowna and why?
Don O Rays Fruit Stand for its special yumminess.

If you could go anywhere in the world right at this moment where would you go and why?
New Zealand
What is your favourite activity in Kelowna?
Hitting the beach or riding up at Big White.
What is the most embarrassing thing that has happened to you?
I don't embarrass easily. Knowing that as a teenager, I treated people poorly when they didn't deserve it, is pretty embarrassing.
What is the most inspiring thing that has happened to you?
Overcoming the obstacles in my life, and finding new ways to cope with Depression.
Tell us your favourite childhood memory.
Summer camping- feeding ducks with my mom and then learning how to drive on the dirt roads.
Where do you volunteer or give back to in the community?
As a teacher, I often coach rugby.
If you could change one thing in the world what would it be?
Way more love, wayyy less hate.
Where would you sneak away to in Kelowna to spend some time alone?
The mountains. Any of them.
Where would you like to see positive change in Kelowna and why?
More attainable and affordable support for new moms/parents.
What do you think makes Kelowna great?
The weather and the area.
What are 3 things on your bucket list?
1. Exploring the world with my family
2. Completing (attempting to complete?) an enormous physical feat like the Pacific Crest Trail or The Tour Divide
3. Going on The Price is Right

What is the name of your business/organization?
Sweet Sleepers Sleep Consulting
Why did you get into/start this business?
I struggled with a lot of sleep issues with my son and didn't want other moms and parents to have to go through their struggles alone.
What is the goal of your business?
To help as many families as I can get healthy sleep and proper rest.
What has been your biggest struggle either at work or in life?
Losing my mom.
If you could start all over again would you do things the same or would things be different?
Likely the same. Maybe some different, obviously, but I'd like to it turn out the same. It's not perfect, but it's ours.
What do you always find yourself saying?
Oh, dear or Heck yes!

"Don't give up! Try, try again! Just keep swimming! It's worth it!"
If you could spend one whole day with anyone in the world who is currently alive, who would you select?
Elon Musk maybe? Neil deGrasse Tyson would be pretty cool. Or Greta Thunberg!
