The PrinceGeorgeNow team caught up with the talented chef and It’s All About Coffee and Food owner to find out where her passion for cooking transpired.
Petra Wyatt has been in the food industry right from the get-go, working her way up from barista to management and beyond.
Her expertise landed her the role of project manager for one of the largest food companies in Europe.
With her wealth of experience and a passion for all things yummy, Wyatt knew she had to tap into her entrepreneurial spirit with an endeavour of her very own.
“I love food and coffee and wanted to share my love and passion with others- show them the European way of cooking and making coffee,” shares Wyatt.
Wyatt emigrated from Czech Republic to Canada five years ago to expand her business. Soon after arriving she met her husband, and the rest is history!
“My roots are in Czech but my heart is in PG!”
“I’ll take you to the amazing world of coffee and food and teach you how you can make delectable dishes and drinks at home,” says Wyatt.
It’s All About Coffee and Food puts on amazing classes with a hands-on approach. There are classes for all ages, with extra sessions focused specifically for special needs kids.
Daycares are also welcome to book a private class.
No time to organize a birthday party? Book with It’s All About Coffee and Food and your kids are guaranteed to have a great time learning to master their mini-chef skills.
It’s a perfect outing for a girls night out as well!

Fun fact: Wyatt has been cooking since she was four years old. Her love of creating in the kitchen was fostered by her mother and grandmother.
