Okanagan students are in an online battle against students at the University of Victoria, but it’s all in good fun.
Recently, business students at UVic produced a short video on SWOT analysis. SWOT, which stands for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats can help a business identify challenges. While their video was good, Okanagan College students upped the game and produced their own video about SMART goals.
Being Smart at the Okanagan School of BusinessHave you ever wondered what SMART goals really are? Have you been bothered by trying to remember what each letter stands for? Worry no more. After the University of Victoria business school produced a short video on a SWOT analysis, our Events Marketing students at the Okanagan School of Business decided to stage an in class event and film it to teach everyone exactly what each letter in SMART represents. Bravo! Not bad dancing either.

The fun video includes some creativity, dancing, and plenty of fun. It also has educational value of course, and the students look like they had a lot of fun and won’t likely forget what SMART stands for in the future. The video was created by Events Marketing students at the Okanagan School of Business.
