VIDEO: Kamloops man wins car at Canucks game, couldn't be less excited about it

P.K. Subban is all over the highlight reels after beating Canucks' goalie Anders Nilsson from center ice on Wednesday night.

He wasn’t the only one to score from centre, however, as a lucky Canucks fan from Kamloops got a chance to shoot to win a brand new car.

Aaron Dunn was that lucky fan who was chosen to shoot from centre ice during the game’s second intermission and he certainly delivered.

After his first two shots missed to either side, Dunn, who was wearing a Mattias Ohlund jersey, bore down for his final attempt at the puck sized target.

He let his final shot go and, much to the crowd’s delight, it found its way into the minuscule target and won Dunn a brand new 2018 Toyota C-HR.

The crowd went wild and the in-game host couldn’t contain her excitement, but Dunn was as cool as the other side of the pillow.

The Kamloops resident showed little excitement, apart from a bit of a ‘make some noise’ salute to the crowd with his arms.

When the in-game host asks him how he feels, he responds “it’ll be a long drive home, but it’ll be worth it,” hinting that he probably flew down from Kamloops, but will certainly be driving home.

Aside from Dunn’s miraculous shot and Henrik Sedin’s 800th career NHL assist, there wasn’t a lot for Canucks fans to cheer about on Wednesday as they dropped a 7-1 decision to the Predators.
