Two famous groundhogs in Canada have come to different conclusions on when spring will arrive.
In Shubenacadie, Nova Scotia, Shubenacadie Sam announced he didn’t see his shadow at around 8 a.m. (AST).

In contrast, Wiarton Willie from Ontario officially said he did see his shadow, meaning six more weeks of winter.
Well, for those hoping for 6 more weeks of winter...you've got your wish. I saw my shadow. #officialprediction

In Pennsylvania, Punxsutawney Phil predicted an early Spring when he didn't see his shadow Tuesday morning. According to his website, he's right 100 per cent of the time.
So I guess we’ll have to wait and see which groundhog knows what he’s talking about.
