Over the last 25 years, Tracy Cobb-Reeves has worked for leading industry brands on a national and international scale.

Tracy’s career in public relations and communications began in Toronto in the fashion and beauty industry working directly for Canadian fashion icon, Peter Nygård, industry giant Revlon Canada, and through her own business, numerous prestige beauty brands as clients such as Biotherm, Giorgio Armani Cosmetics, Decléor, and prestige fragrances.

After returning to her hometown of Calgary, Tracy became the public relations director for Venture Communications, owned by Dragon’s Den veteran Arlene Dickinson. In this role, Tracy developed strategies and promotions for a range of clients in industries such as consumer products, tourism, grocery, not-for-profit, B2B and municipal government.

Tracy had the chance to combine her passion for philanthropy, athletics and communications when she became the national director of communications and fund development for WinSport Canada. WinSport, a not-for-profit organization that owns and operates the 1988 Olympic legacy facilities where champion winter athletes continue to train, was embarking on building Canada’s first winter sport institute for elite athlete training.

In 2011, Tracy moved to the Okanagan and opened Sky Communications. One of her new clients, Kal Tire, impressed her with its unique culture, story and people. It wasn’t long before she joined the organization as director of communications, in order to develop a new discipline and department for the organization. Today, Tracy develops national and international communications strategies to increase brand awareness for Kal Tire’s 250+ retail stores across Canada and its international Mining Tire Group located in more than 17 countries.
