Bake the World a Better Place Holiday Pie Fundraiser

What is your favourite type of pie?

Would you like that pie to be made especially for you by some of the Okanagan’s finest Chefs and Bakers while supporting a local charity?

Bake the World a Better Place holiday pie fundraiser is your chance to order a specialty pie for the holidays that helps raise funds for the Central Okanagan Food Bank (COFB). Bake the World a Better Place was created with 26 of the Okanagan’s finest Chefs and Bakers because joyful experiences are what we all need this holiday season.

Choose from an incredible selection of sweet and savoury pies, made just in time for Christmas. Bring your pie(s) home or have them delivered as a special gift to someone you love. For anyone who places an order in this good old-fashioned bake sale, there will be 26 different pies available to order for pickup or delivery with a lot of familiar favourites as well as some enticing options such as:

  • Pheasant & Pinot Noir Pie by Chef Bernard Casavant of O’Rourke Peak Cellars
  • ·Salish Apple & Saskatoon Berry Pie by Chef Shelley Robinson of UBC Okanagan
  • ·Hazelnut Chocolate Silk Pie by Chef Rod Butters of The Okanagan Table
  • ·Pear Thyme Pie by Chefs Michael Buffett & Blake Bjornson of Start Fresh Kitchen & Grocery
