Careful thought was put into the design aspects of 3x3. The goal was to create a space that is modern yet timeless, with interiors and exteriors that reflect the surroundings.

Prices are set to start at $299,000. Those interested will be able to preview these modern homes at the Discovery Centre which is now open from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Sundays, at 101-395 Glenmore Road. Phase 1 is expected to be move-in ready by early 2020.
