The show will be particularly full of holiday magic as original frontwoman Liz Mitchell will be enchanting the audience while the Euro-Caribbean disco troupe performs their incomparable holiday classics.
While the group may have experienced peak success in the ‘70s and ‘80s, their timeless holiday album is one that has been the soundtrack to many gift wrapping and tree decorating sessions.
Far from your average caroling songbook, you can expect to hear everything from “Mary’s Boy Child” and the pop-infused rendition of “Feliz Navidad” to “Jingle Bells” and “White Christmas," all featuring Boney M’s signature Calypso style.
Not only can you expect to get into the holiday spirit but you can also look forward to getting down to some of their greatest hits. That’s right, you’ll get to hear disco anthem “Rasputin” live!
Opening the night will be New York-based soul singer, Morgan James.
