The minimum recommended ‘dose’ for exercise is 150 minutes per week. LIVE WELL Exercise offers programs with two, three or more exercise sessions per week. Each session is an hour long with no more than 12 members in each session.

Kinesiologist(s) are present throughout the entire session to guide you through the exercises and offer encouragement.
