Tee off to a great cause this August

The 7th Annual Golf For Julia Tournament is coming your way on Aug. 27, once again set against the stunning backdrop of the Sunset Ranch Golf Course.

This isn't your average sporting event - it's an opportunity to extend your hand in support of an inspiring cause: Julia's journey toward walking again.

The tournament kicks off at 11:30 am with participants preparing to tee off at 12:30 pm in a spirited shotgun-style start.

While the golf portion is sold out, there are still a few ways for you to get involved.

For just $55 per person, you can enjoy a delicious buffet dinner under a canopy at Sunset Ranch, orchestrated by the charismatic BMack from Virgin Radio. The evening promises a host of attractions, including a raffle, a 50/50 and the special opportunity to meet Julia.

In addition to the tournament, they are also hosting a silent auction with an eclectic array of items. Local businesses are invited to contribute anything from dining experiences, hotel stays, golf course passes, concert tickets, and sports memorabilia to handy tools and exciting gadgets.

Donors won't go unrecognized – you will be featured on their social media channels and in a slideshow during the dinner event.

This auction is accessible to everyone from Aug. 20th online through 32 Auctions. The bidding excitement will continue for a week, wrapping up on the event day at 9:30 pm. It's a chance to secure some fantastic items while also supporting Julia's rehabilitation.
