Vesuvius, Tippo 00 soft wheat flour, imported from Naples, and fresh DOP certified Mozzarella Di Bufala. They are cooking their pizza in an authentic, wood-burning custom oven, made in Naples, so you will be given the full experience of what pizza is supposed to taste like.

AVPN Certified Pizzaiolos are trained in Naples, Italy to create an authentic Neapolitan pizza by following centuries old traditions.
