Interior Health continues to try and get its residents vaccinated for COVID-19 as quickly as possible with pop-up immunization clinics happening all around the region this week.
According to IH, they will be hosting a neighbourhood immunization clinic at Kelowna Secondary School between over the next three days. This clinic is for those who have not yet received their first dose.
"No advance appointments are necessary for this clinic," wrote IH. "People who live or work in the area will be able to walk-up, register and receive a COVID-19 vaccine."
The clinic is to take place between 1 and 7:30 pm. Those 12 and up are eligible for the shot.
"To get a second dose, people need to book an appointment. Invitations to book an appointment are being sent eight weeks after receiving the first dose."
