Those interested in the business side of the ever-evolving cannabis industry will want to attend the “Business of Cannabis 2.0” event coming to the Coast Capri Hotel.
The event features an expert panel that will discuss some of the entrepreneurial headaches and success stories during the first nine months of legalization.

Sitting on the panel will be the former mayor of Kamloops and current VP of cannabis company HEXO Corp, Terry Lake.
Joining him will be the director of marketing for Starbuds, which has multiple cannabis stores operating in B.C., Dan Winer.
Finally, Dr. Lyle Oberg will bring his 14-years experience as a medical practitioner and his current position as chief policy and medical officer for cannabis company Flowr Corp to the panel.
The luncheon is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, June 25.
