Reynolds passed away in hospital with his family by his side and a statement from the family is coming soon, according to Matthew Belloni of the Hollywood Reporter, who confirmed the news through the actor’s manager.

Rocking one of the best moustaches around, Reynolds starred in countless movies and television shows during a 60-year career.

He was best known for a variety of roles, including classics like “The Longest Yard,” “Smokey and the Bandit,” “Deliverance” and “Boogie Nights.”
