FVDED in the Park airing free online festival this weekend

Turn on the TV, turn off the lights and get ready to rave in the comfort of your own home.

FVDED in the Park is set to air several live performances via a free online broadcast this Saturday, July 18 starting at 6 pm.

Canadian artists such as Felix Cartel, Lights, The Funk Hunters, Manila Grey, Snotty Nose Rez Kids and more will be performing in a festival style format online.

We're bringing the festival to you 📲 Celebrate #FVDEDInThePark online with our Broadcast & Charity Drive, bringing the music community together for one day on Saturday, July 18 at 6pm to raise funds for charity. Watch with friends as we feature BC emerging recording artists @BBNoMula, @FelixCartal & @Lights, @ManilaGrey, @TheFunkHunters, @SnottyNoseRezKids, @BBJuelz, @NostalgixMusic, @Boslen, @BainsDot, @Cotis1k28 & @RudeNala. Along with our performances, we'll be discussing important issues that have impacted our community with special interviews and stories hosted by BBNO$. Set your calendars and help us donate to our selected charities: @Hogans.Alley, the BCCLA, @UNYAYouth and the @VanFoodBank & @SurreyFoodBank. @ThisIsBlueprint and @LiveNationBC will be donating $15,000 to the charity drive, with a goal of $25,000 through audience donations. The event will also be teaming up with the Urban Native Youth Association, BC Civil Liberties and the Greater Vancouver Food Bank for a charity drive during the broadcast.

Organizers are hoping to reach $25,000 via audience donations, and festival partners Blueprint and Live Nation will be donating $15,000 to the charity drive.
