"I can’t tell you how many times guests, potential franchisees and even famous expats living in Ontario ask us when we plan to open a restaurant in the province," said Warren Erhart, Triple O’s and White Spot president.
"Well, that day has come in a major way. This is a competitive burger market, but we stand by our unparalleled taste that has converted legions of burger lovers alike.”
British Columbians are used to finding Triple O’s locations tucked away conveniently in gas stations and that will be a common theme in Ontario as well.
While there will be some free-standing locations, the drive-thru restaurants will often be put inside Pioneer and Ultramar gas stations through the company’s existing relationship with Parkland Fuel Corporation.
Ontario is the third Canadian province to open a Triple O’s, following the footsteps of Alberta and, of course, BC.
