If you’ve been itching for some new cuisine to try in Kelowna, the wait is almost over.
Kelowna is getting its own Pacific Poké, a West Coast chain, and they’ve confirmed that they’re looking at opening up shop as soon as mid-February.
Poké is a raw fish salad traditionally served as an appetizer in Hawaii. Pacific Poké keeps the traditional style of the cuisine while adding their own innovative flavour.
Available as a build your own bowl experience, with a salad or rice base with toppings ranging from sockeye salmon, ahi tuna, crab and shrimp, Pacific Poké says they like to keep it fresh and minimally seasoned for the full taste of the quality ingredients.
There are also chef inspired creations on the menu so you don’t have to make all the hard decisions.
They’ll be opening up on Bernard Avenue, near the Sails. Stay tuned for more information!
