Rider Cider Ride for Autism Raises Funds for the Pacific Autism Centre

The second annual Rider Cider Ride for Autism was a huge success.

Taking place this past Sunday in Kelowna, this year's fundraiser experienced a 400 per cent increase in funds raised over the inaugural year in 2014. Thanks to participants, more than $50,000 will go towards the building of the Pacific Family Autism Centre, located in Richmond, B.C. Future plans include opening spoke sites in other cities, including here in Kelowna.

KelownaNow spoke with Sergio and Wendy Cocchia, founders of the Pacific Family Autism Centre Foundation, Dave McAnerney, CEO and President of SunRype, and Marshall McAnerney of HM Commercial group, whose son falls on the autism spectrum.
