The winter weather is here and the holiday festivities are about to begin, as the annual Craft Culture Holiday Market is once again scheduled for December 12th and 13th at Prospera Place.
Jam-packed with tasty treats and one-of-kind crafts, the two-day festival will feature talented crafters and artisans from all over Western Canada.
“Bring the whole family down, and enjoy our kids area with face painting, colouring, bouncy castle, activities!,” read the Craft Culture website. “Or grab a group of friends and enjoy a glass of wine while strolling the aisles and enjoying the on-stage entertainment.”
This year, there will be a great lineup of local musicians, as well as live cooking demos.
Similar to the 2014 Craft Culture Holiday Market, a portion of the proceeds raised from ticket sales will be donated to Mama’s for Mama’s, a local charity designed to help support moms in the region.
In 2014, the craft market raised $1,500 for the Kelowna Women’s Shelter and event organizers are hoping to beat that amount this year.
