A total of 30 Kelowna businesses are still in the running for the 2016 Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards.
The judges have narrowed down the 62 semi-finalists and will announce the winners on Oct. 13 at the Delta Grand Okanagan at their 29th annual gala.
One business or individual in each of the 10 categories will receive a crystal award, in addition to the 2017 Business Leader of the Year.

Business Leader of the Year:
The recipient of the Business Leader of the Year award will be released in a statement one week before the Awards ceremony.
Early bird tickets to the Fire & Ice themed gala are $105 until Sep. 23 at 4 p.m.. Ticket cost will then increase to the regular price of $125. Discounts are also available on table purchases. All ticket sales will close Oct. 7 at 4 p.m..
