According to RCMP, the woman had her wallet stolen at a Dilworth worksite. After several hours of it being stolen, a woman of interest allegedly travelled to four different branches changing the PIN and withdrawing money from both debit and credit cards.

By the time the young woman has realized her wallet had been stolen, thousands of dollars were gone.

The morning after, the alleged theft tried to take even more money from the accounts, but the transaction was declined.

Police are now trying to identify this woman of interest. If you know her, call the Central Okanagan Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
