Carrington Lakeshore General Partner Ltd. has submitted a development proposal for a 16-unit townhouse project in the Mission area.
The proposed housing project, called The Niche, would consist of five buildings that would stand three-storeys.
Buildings one and three would have four units each, building two would be a duplex and the remaining two buildings would include three units.
The project is proposed for 4760 Lakeshore Rd, near Summerhill Pyramid Winery.
An application was submitted on May 18 and it has been circulated around city hall.
City staff may require additional documents before this proposal is forwarded to city council for consideration.
