Kelowna's 5 most expensive condos listed on Canada's MLS

Despite still being a relatively small niche, Kelowna is beginning to develop a high-end luxury condominium market.

There are currently six condos in the area listed at or just slightly below $2-million on Canada's MLS.

The $2-million mark was chosen to help condense this list, however, there are a remarkable 36 condominiums listed at or over $1-million.

That number will likely grow in the not-so-distant future as well, with several downtown developments continue to near completion.

But for now, here are the 6 condominiums listed at over $2-million:
