Four Kelowna schools recorded COVID-19 cases on Thursday.
They are:
École Casorso Elementary School
Watson Road Elementary School
KLO Middle School
Rutland Senior Secondary
The schools did not reveal who tested positive, so it is unknown whether students or teachers have been affected.
Each person is now self-isolating at home with support from public health teams, the school district added.
“The safety and well-being of students, families, and staff remains our highest priority,” it said.
“Central Okanagan Public Schools will continue to implement the strict health and safety protocols and procedures that are in place so students and staff can continue to attend school as safely as possible.”
