Kelowna city council has approved a new Audi car dealership along Highway 97.
The new dealership will join nearby Porshe and Jaguar dealerships on a parcel of land in between the highway and Finns Road
According to the development permit, the building will include a large showroom, parts service area, a wash/detail bay, office space and a rooftop patio.
City staff also reported that the application’s approval will trigger several road frontage improvements for the streetscape.
Those improvements include a new sidewalk as well as street trees, curbs and gutters.
The application’s approval also ensures a 150 metre protection set back from Francis Brooke.
