There will be a fundraising concert in support of those affected by wildfires at Red Bird Brewing this Saturday.
Properman and Shapes & Shadows will be taking the stage for a 7 pm show, and in lieu of tickets, entry will be by donation.
Kelowna Chevrolet will have a Chevy Silverado on site for the whole day, with the goal of filling it with much-needed baby essentials for families impacted by the West Kelowna, Kelowna and Lake Country wildfires.
The following items will be accepted on behalf of Mamas for Mamas:
- Diapers
- Baby wipes
- Baby clothes
- Formula
- Sheets
- Towels
- Blankets
- Bedding
- Non-perishable, ready-to-eat food items
- Face wipes
- Shampoo and conditioner
- Deodorant
- Sunscreen
- Body wash
- Soap
- Razors
All items must be new.
Cash donations will also be accepted on behalf of the Central Okanagan Food Bank.
Red Bird Brewing is located at 1080 Richter St in Kelowna.
