A local restaurant is looking to give back to healthcare workers the only way they know how.
According to the owners of "Frankie We Salute You!," workers from Kelowna General Hospital will be able to come to the restaurant on Saturday and receive a free burger and beer.
Those who come will need to do so between the hours of 11 am and 8:30 pm. In order to qualify for the combo, workers must show their hospital ID.
"KGH staff we loooooooooove you," wrote the restaurant. "Grab your hospital ID and come get yourself a FREE burger and beer this Saturday on us to say THANK YOU for the real-life sacrifices you make every darn day."
"We know it’s especially tough right now but we gotcha. Spread the word nerds."
The restaurant is located in the Landmark District at #6 1717 Harvey Avenue.
