Man suspected of stealing liquor worth $1.3K from Kelowna store

Police in Kelowna are looking for a thief with “discerning tastes” after over a thousand dollars of liquor was stolen from a store.

It happened at the BC Liquor Store along Lakeshore Road on Jan. 7.

A man is suspected of taking alcohol worth over $1,300 without paying.

Staff said he took:

  • Three bottles of Anejo Patron tequila

  • One bottle of Remy Martin VSOP cognac

  • One bottle of Caribou Crossing whisky

  • One bottle of Crown Royal whisky

  • Three bottles of Macallan whisky
