Mounties from Kelowna, Penticton and Lake Country seized stolen property estimated to be worth $300,000 earlier this month.
Among the items retrieved from three properties in Lake Country and Penticton were nine trailers, 18 firearms, a crossbow and tools.
Police said a 28-year-old Lake Country man was arrested on Jan. 13.
The RCMP said the discoveries were the result of an investigation initiated on Dec. 8, 2021.
That probe was begun after a series of heavy equipment thefts in the area.
The RCMP said it will recommend that the arrested man be charged with:
Theft of a motor vehicle
Breaking and entering/committing theft over $5,000 x3
