Okanagan families were invited to spend their Saturday afternoon at the Big Awesome Sidewalk Sale and Community Event on Pandosy Street.
The Pandosy Village Business Association put on the event with over 70 members participating. The community event boasted family-friendly activities such as free painting, balloon animals, snacks and cold beverages.
Trixie the clown even stopped by the Pandosy Village Business Association tent to encourage the family fun.
The block was decorated with balloons so pedestrians could spot the stores participating in the sidewalk sale!
The Pandosy Village Business Association hosts events every month to bring the community and surrounding residents together.
"We volunteer on behalf of the area, lots of us have businesses in the area and we believe in promoting the area," said Barbara Hill, Volunteer Director of the Pandosy Village Business Association.
