Officers interviewed witnesses at the scene, but they say there is still a possibility that some witnesses have yet to come forward.

Anyone with dash camera footage that could potentially assist with the investigation who has not yet spoken to an officer is asked to contact the Kelowna RCMP at (250) 762-3300 and reference file number 2023-58406.

The RCMP will not be releasing any further information during the investigation.
