TWP Fitness is offering live classes on Instagram and Facebook daily, at 6 am, 9 am, 12 pm and 5 pm.

To prevent the overtraining of muscles, TWP will be alternating strength and cardio/core days to prevent you from overworking your muscles during your at-home workouts.

Johanna is offering live yoga classes through zoom starting the second week of April.
In order to gain access to the yoga classes, you simply have to sign up for the newsletter where you will find the link that will connect you to the zoom class, there will also be an option to donate. (By e-transfer if you live in Canada)
The link to the recorded version of each class will be sent out to the mailing list after the live classes to access at their own time if someone wasn’t able to join in for the live class.
The idea is to make yoga accessible through the month of April, even to the ones who can perhaps not afford to pay for yoga right now if they don’t have any income.
Johanna thinks everyone can benefit from this practice, especially right now.
