The Okanagan gets plenty of amazing sunsets, but Tuesday’s was something special.
With clouds moving through the valley and rain pounding parts of Kelowna, the sky was a constantly transforming canvas of colour.
If you didn’t catch it in person, you were more than likely treated to a few great pictures on your Instagram or Facebook feeds.
One person who had a great view of the wild sunset was Denise Egan, a friend of KelownaNow and an avid local paddleboarder.
Egan was enjoying an evening paddleboard down at Rotary Beach Park in the Mission and from her board and from land, she captured the sunset in a series of pictures.
We’re thankful she sent them into our email at firstname.lastname@example.org, because now we can share them with you!
