This past weekend, Chic Retreat OKGN welcomed 67 remarkable women to the luxurious Château Okanagan for an exclusive, transformative experience focused on personal growth, mindset, and genuine connections.
The retreat created a unique space for ambitious women to step away from their routines, embrace new perspectives, and refocus on their journeys within an environment of refined elegance.
The retreat was anchored by high-impact workshops and sessions on topics including Money Mindset, Resilience, and Authenticity, with expert keynote speakers offering invaluable insights.
With ATB Wealth as the presenting sponsor, we were filled with so many valuable take-aways on wellness, including financial resilience.

The Chic Retreat OKGN provided an unforgettable weekend marked by powerful learning, community-building, and an inspiring atmosphere at the Château Okanagan, with premier local partners, Iconic Wineries and Delta Grand by Marriott to name a few.
In a commitment to support local communities, attendees joined together in raising $14,970 for the Kelowna Women’s Shelter, spotlighting the retreat’s dedication to uplifting and giving back.
Adding to the experience, country music star Dawson Gray enchanted guests with an intimate concert, creating an evening of celebration and connection.
The retreat’s highlights included:
- Insightful Workshops and Keynote Speakers: Sessions led by inspiring voices of Rachel Mielke, founder of Hillberg & Berk, and Olympic athlete Danielle Kettlewell (Reedy) to name a few.
