City now accepting grant applications to create an engaging community

The City of PG is now seeking applications for three grant programs aimed at launching sustainable ideas.

The Community Enhancement Grant, the myPG Community Grant, and the Celebrate Prince George Community Grant will provide non-profit organizations with the financial support needed to launch ideas.

myPG Community Grant

This grant will allow non-profit organizations within the community to develop and implement innovative activities.

Celebrate Prince George Grant

Non-profit organizations that offer community celebrations throughout the year can qualify to receive support through this City and Tourism PG partnership. The program aims at fostering a celebratory atmosphere that will attract visitors. This grant will be for the 2020 season.

Community Enhancement Grant

This grant program offers the community an opportunity to improve neighbourhoods and foster civic pride. Grants will range from $200 to a maximum of $1,000.

The application deadline for these grants will be March 15, 2019. All applications can be found online under the “grants and financial assistance” section.
