RCMP in New Brunswick believe an armed and dangerous man may be on his way to B.C., and a Canada-wide warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Police are looking for 26-year-old Ronald Albert Canuel of Bathurst, N.B. On July 10th, 2015 around 11:05 a.m., police say a man entered a store with a firearm and demanded money from the employee. The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. Canuel was subsequently charged with the crime on July 21st, and police issued a warrant for his arrest.

It is believed that Canuel may have travelled west to British Columbia and may already be in the province. He may be driving a grey 2007 Chrysler 300 with N.B. licence plate number JGA 870. Canuel is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs approximately 150 lbs. He has blonde hair and blue eyes.

He is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who thinks they recognize Canuel is advised not to approach him, but rather to contact police immediately by calling 911.
