A rockslide near Yoho National Park that put two people in hospital Monday night has finally been partially cleared from Highway 1.
The Trans-Canada Highway 16 km west of Field was closed all week after the rockslide, which was spurred by workers drilling to place explosives in the area.
Two contractors working in the area were rushed to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
According to Drive BC, rock debris is still obstructing part of the roadway, and a local detour with a reduced speed limit is in place.
