Transportation BC has closed off Highway 12 after a rock slide on Tuesday.

The Highway is closed in both direction, 14 km north of Lytton.

There is currently no detour available, but there are alternate routes via Highways 1 and 99.
According to DriveBC, there is no estimated time of reopening.
Currently, rock scaling is in progress and an assessment of the area has been completed.
An update is expected from DriveBC at 10 a.m.
