The recall includes the 300 g Chef Destinations Guacamole, the 300 g Frankly Fresh Salads Guacamole and the 300 g Fresh St., all with best before dates of March 22nd, 2017.

Customers are asked to not eat the products and instead throw them out or return them to the store they were purchased at.

Pregnant women, the elderly and people with weakened immune systems are most at risk for the illness.

This recall was triggered by CFIA test results. Currently, they are conducting a food safety investigation.
