An investigation is underway following the death of a worker at an industrial business in Fort St. John on Thursday.
According to police, at 11:15 am, officers were called to attend a business in the city for a possible fatality. That business was later confirmed to be Troyer Ventures.
Upon arrival, emergency services declared one person deceased. Through investigation, no foul play was suspected.
Limited details have been released. It is not known how the incident occurred.
"We wish to express our deep condolences to the family," said Cst.Chad Neustaeter.
WorkSafeBC and the BC Coroners Service are both looking into how the death occurred. NowMedia will update the story when more information is available.
