Police are asking for witnesses to come forward after a man was arrested following a 911 call reporting that a man was pointing a gun at another man in Beacon Hill Children’s Farm.
Officers were called to the area near the farm, in Beacon Hill Park, just after 9 pm on Friday night.
The Victoria Police Department said that officers rushed to the area and located a man who matched the suspect description.
The suspect had returned to a nearby motorhome and was called out by officers along with another occupant. The man was taken into custody at gunpoint.
Two replica firearms and a crossbow were located and seized.
The original caller disconnected from 911 without providing contact information. Officers are appealing for additional witnesses to the incident. No charges have been recommended at this time.
