A.J. Hazzi founded the real estate firm Vantage West Kelowna only 10 years ago in 2008, and the young entrepreneur is now reporting $250 million in annual sales.
Hazzi’s exponential growth has not gone unnoticed. In 2014 he was one of the few Canadians named top 500 marketing experts in the U.S. and Canada by the National Association of Expert Advisors.
In 2015, he was also recognized as the Young Entrepreneur of the Year by Kelowna Chamber of Commerce.
“It’s safe to say, how we sell real estate is going to change a lot in the next few years, but why we sell real estate will not change,” states Hazzi, noting that happy clients are the propellant for the success of Vantage West Realty.
A.J. Hazzi and the 30 members of Vantage West that have joined the team over the last decade celebrated their years of success by fundraising over $25,000 for the Karis Support Society through donations and a live auction that occurred earlier this month.
The Karis Support Society is a local non-profit organization that provides a home, support and counseling for women battling with addiction and mental health challenges. Additionally, it is the only recovery program in the Okanagan that offers residence to both those rehabilitating and their children. The three-story Karis building on Rowcliffe Ave. currently houses approximately 36 women and 15 children.
