Jeff Cox, the founder and CEO of Simply Benefits, is back on Rick and Friends.
This time, Cox shares some views on how we can improve Kelowna and benefit the community further.
With elections right around the corner, Cox discusses some crucial qualities needed in municipal leaders, including integrity, a clear vision and the ability to work with the province.
“We need big thinkers with big ideas,” says Cox.
The two also discuss cyber safety and express concerns about their children's safety online, particularly with issues associated with the predatory nature of the internet these days.
They feel there needs to be greater awareness and preventative measures in place to protect children.
With Kelowna’s population density rapidly expanding, Cox speaks on the developments that are necessary to keep the city running smoothly, such as affordable housing and better infrastructure.
Cox also shares his recent golfing experience, in which he scored a hole-in-one on the 13th hole of the course for the second time.
Maddison and Cox talk about the success of the Kelowna Rockets and admire their hard work and commitment to the sport and their team.
