BC highways preparing for snow at higher elevations

Motorists with plans to drive east this week should be prepared for winter driving conditions.

Selkirk highway company Emcom has tweeted out a warning for those driving through Hwy 1, Hwy 23 and Hwy 95 around Revelstoke.

Snow is expected to fall at higher elevations throughout B.C.'s Southern Interior Tuesday night, with freezing levels dipping to around 1300 metres.
