With the end of the school year just around the corner, it’s time to start thinking about summer activities for the kids.
We’ve compiled a few of the most popular summer camps that are happening around the Kelowna area. Click on the summer camp names below for more information.
These are hands-on, creative summer camps for youth aged 6 to 17.
Get ready to integrate play with exploration and learn in the areas of science, technology, engineering, art, and math.
This summer, over 130 summer camps are being offered through Okanagan College for kids in grades 1 through 12.
Some of the new camps include: Bubble Extravaganza, How to Train Your Dragon, Reclaimed Vintage, Garden Guru, Cyber Security Expert and Animation Creation.

Choose from full week or single day options for your little one to go rock climbing, play laser tag, try an obstacle challenge, jump on a trampoline and more! These camps are for ages 5 to 11.
Soccer fans will love this day camp which includes warm up, skill development, team building exercises and games on the pitch.
Campers are coordinated and coached depending on their age, size and ability, where possible. Morning, afternoon, and full day sessions are available.
Energetic kids 5 to 12 years-old will get to learn how to cartwheel, tumble, parkour and more at the Kelowna Gymnastix Summer Camps.
Participants get to choose an activity that they want to concentrate on, and they will get instruction that is focused on safety and fun.
Whether you have an adventure-seeking kid or a teenager who is looking to develop fundamental life skills, the YMCA Okanagan offers something for everyone over the summer season.
Full-day and half-day camps are available.
Explore nature through fun and games with the Regional District this summer. Choose from a camp designed for children aged 6 to 9, or a session for 9 to 12-year-olds.
In partnership with PacificSport Okanagan, these camps are located at the Mission Creek Regional Park.
