The winner will receive one round trip flight with Flair Airlines Ltd. from Kelowna to Edmonton for 2 passengers, including one checked bag per passenger and the taxes/fees for flights. Both the winner and their companion must travel together on the same itinerary, and the round trip itinerary cannot be split. The airfare cannot be applied to other bookings and is subject to availability. The winner will also receive lodging for 1 night in a traditional room category from the Fantasyland Hotel. Hotel reservations are required and are subject to availability. Ground transportation, meals, spending money and other incidental costs are not included and is the sole responsibility of the winner. All expenses and travel incidentals are the responsibility of the Participant. Giveaway must be accepted as offered, as there will be no substitutions and no cash equivalent. The Sponsor Flair reserves the right to cancel or modify all or any part of the Contest if for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including fraud, technical failures or corruption, computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause beyond the control of Sponsor which in its opinion affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest.
The Parties acknowledge that the Canadian and global aviation and travel industry is facing significant commercial stress as a result of COVID-19 and that Flair Airlines Ltd. may be in the zone of insolvency at some point during the term of this Agreement. Flair Airlines Ltd. agrees to promptly notify Csek Creative in the event that it believes an insolvency declaration is imminent or if it has actually been declared as insolvent by a court of inherent jurisdiction. Csek Creative agrees that should Flair Airlines Ltd. become insolvent during the term of this Agreement and Csek Creative is unable to secure full payment for any amounts owed it under the Agreement, Csek Creative will limit any claims for non-payment in breach of this Agreement to Flair Airlines Ltd. as an entity, and hereby waives all rights to seek recourse against any individual employee, officer or director of Flair Airlines Ltd. in connection with such a claim for non-payment.
The prize is non-transferable and must be used by December 31, 2021.
