While most teams made only slight alterations to their uniforms, there were a few bigger changes and even a brand new jersey unveiled.
The brand new jersey belonged to the Vegas Golden Knights, the NHL’s newest team, who will be sporting a look that you might expect from the German or Belgian national teams.
The Golden Knights’ inaugural home jersey is a dark grey with black, gold and red trim, and their road jersey is white with grey, gold and red trim.

Teams that made bigger changes to their jerseys include the Minnesota Wild, Colorado Avalanche, Edmonton Oilers, Nashville Predators, Carolina Hurricanes and New Jersey Devils.
Along with any design changes, Adidas also boasts that the new jerseys are lighter, cooler and stronger.
"We're excited for the fans and players to see the innovation and performance features that adidas put into creating the new jerseys," said Brian Jennings, NHL Chief Brand Officer & Executive Vice President. "To play at their highest levels, the game's greatest players require the best technology and design available, and these adidas jerseys set a new benchmark for performance gear."
